Initial Contact
Tell us about your project! We love to get involved early so we can guide you on the feasibility and costs associated with your vision.
We also work closely with many architects and consultants and can provide recommendations if you have yet to enter into the design phase.
Pre-Construction
Two of the most common questions we’re asked are “How much will it cost?” and “How long will it take?” We answer those questions in the Pre-Construction phase so there aren’t surprises once we start. We work worth your design team to resolve any design details and minimize and subcontractor change orders. it is in this stage that we will also value engineer the project to align the costs with your budget.
Construction
We manage every aspect of the construction process, from budgeting to schedule management. Our team works closely with our Trade Partners to make sure that the design details are followed and your expectations are met.
Quality Control
Quality Control is a critical aspect of any construction project. It's how we achieve a high quality product. The level of the finish quality affects the budget and schedule. We work with our clients during the Pre-Con phase to highlight the costs associated with achieving certain level of finishes and we protect those finishes once they get installed. Quality control is about attention to detail and that is how we treat every project.
Safety
Safety is part of the construction process. We think about safety when we plan our means and methods and how we operate daily. We know that protecting our employees, contractors, and visitors is our top priority. That’s why we have established a comprehensive safety program that ensures our workers have the necessary training and safety equipment to work safely and efficiently. We closely manage our safety program and lean on safety experts help us achieve our safety goals.
